§ 12-4. Lot sizes.

(a)

Mobile home lots shall have a minimum area of three thousand (3,000) square feet and a minimum width of thirty-five (35) feet.

(b)

Travel trailer lots shall have a minimum area of fifteen hundred (1,500) square feet and a minimum width of twenty-five (25) feet.
