§ 12-48. Existing parks.

(a)

Existing mobile home parks or travel trailer parks within the city shall have obtained a license, and shall have five (5) years from April 12, 1971, to comply with all the provisions of this chapter with the exception of section 12-3.

(b)

The owner of any mobile home park or travel trailer park presently situated outside of the city, whose park shall be taken into the city subsequently, shall make application for a license within sixty (60) days from the date of annexation and shall, within two (2) years from the date of annexation, fully comply with the terms and provisions of this chapter with the exception of section 12-3.
