§ 16-36. Adoption of statute.

Latest version.

The city hereby adopts Chapter 7, Title 22 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Texas, relating to street improvements, and the provisions of said Chapter 7, Title 22, Revised Statutes of the State of Texas, shall have full force and effect and be coextensive with the corporate limits of the city.
