§ 16-55. Permit—Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct a private driveway or to revise any existing driveway over and across the curbing now installed or which may hereafter be installed along the boundaries of any street within the city unless a permit to construct or revise such private driveway has been obtained in accordance with the terms of this division.
