§ 4-15. Same—Disposition.

All animal carcasses shall be properly buried or hauled to such a distance beyond the city as not to be offensive to the residents of the vicinity or to persons passing, and any person failing to comply herewith shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in section 1-5.
