§ 4-2. Supervisor of animal shelter—Appointment, duties.

The city administrator shall appoint a special officer, establishing his tenure and compensation, to be known as the supervisor of the animal shelter, whose duty it shall be to carry out the terms of this chapter and to operate and maintain the animal shelter.
