§ 4-5. Fowl.

  • (a)

    Restrictions . No more than twelve (12) hens or pullets shall be kept for domestic purposes in any single family zoning designation when the coop is located at least twenty-five (25) feet from adjoining properties and no roosters are kept for any reason.

    (b)

    Prohibited at large . It shall be unlawful for any person:

    (1)

    To willfully turn out or cause to be turned out on land not his own or under his control, or

    (2)

    To willfully fail or refuse to keep confined, or

    (3)

    To willfully allow to trespass upon the land of another, or

    (4)

    To willfully permit to run at large, any chickens or other domestic fowl of his own or of which he has the control.
