§ 4-7. Livestock at large or staked near streets prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful and constitute a nuisance for any person as owner or keeper of any livestock to allow the same to run at large on any public thoroughfare, vacant lot, block or parcel of ground within the city or to tie or stake out any such animal on or across any street, sidewalk, crossing or alley.
