§ 4-26. Running at large.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of a dog to allow such dog to run or be at large upon any public highway, street, alley, court, square, park, sidewalk or any other public ground or public property; or to run or be at large upon the private property of any other person in violation of section 4-27.
