§ 4-30. Same—Refusal to deliver animal.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to deliver any unlicensed or unvaccinated dog to the local health authority, or any of his deputies or to members of the police department upon demand for impounding. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 4-34.
