§ 5-8. Texas Local Government Code, Subchapter A adopted.

That Subchapter A. Dangerous Structures, of the Texas Local Government Code be adopted to include the following Sections; 214.001, 214.0011, 214.0012, 214.0015, 214.002 and 214.003 (attached as "Exhibit A" to Ord. No. O-40-07).
