§ 5-65. Requirements for moving permit.

Before a moving permit will be issued, the following information will be required:

(1)

Name of applicant;

(2)

Address of applicant;

(3)

Applicant's drivers license number;

(4)

Provide physical address and legal description of property where structure is to be removed and/or located on;

(5)

Size and height of structure;

(6)

One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) refundable performance and damage deposit;

(7)

General public liability insurance;

(8)

Route to be taken (approved by Athens Police Department) including a map showing the route to be taken indicating width of streets and height of overhead utility lines; and

(9)

Date and time structure is to be moved to be approved by the Athens Police Department upon at least seventy-two (72) hours' notice.
