Chapter 14. OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

§ 14-10. Same—Exclusions.

The provisions of sections 14-7 and 14-8 shall not apply to:
(1)

Any motor vehicle, or parts thereof, situated within a completely enclosed building or structure;

(2)

Any such motor vehicle, or parts thereof, situated wholly within the back yard area of a lot or building site which is completely enclosed by a solid fence of not less than (5) feet in height;

(3)

Any such motor vehicle, or parts thereof, situated on the premises of a business enterprise which is necessary in the operation of such business enterprise and when such business enterprise is located and conducted in an area authorized by the zoning ordinance of the city.
