§ 17-10. Violations.

(a)

Violation of any provision of this chapter by any subdivider, except as to subdivisions outside the city, shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction of such violation there shall be imposed a fine as provided in section 1-5.

(b)

Notice, in writing, shall be given for the removal of a physical violation. After such notification, a reasonable time limit will be established at the discretion of the governing body, for removal of the violation. Each day the violation continues to exist, after expiration of the time limit, shall constitute a separate offense.
