§ 17-9. Extraterritorial jurisdiction.

The governing body of the city hereby extends to all of the area under its extraterritorial jurisdiction the application of the city's ordinances establishing rules and regulations governing plats and the subdivision of land as provided in Section 4, Article 970a, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
