§ 19-35. No-parking areas—Generally.

There shall be no parking on the following streets at any time, day or night, by any vehicle other than emergency vehicles attending an emergency, fire-fighting equipment actually fighting a fire or answering a call thereto or police vehicles attending an emergency or a police call:

Aaron Street, either side, from Highway 31 to Valla Vista Street.

Cain Park Road, from Robbins Road to Cain Field No. 1.

Cardinal Drive, south side, from Campus Drive to Belmont Drive and on the west side of Belmont Drive to Cardinal Drive.

Coleman Park, west side of the roadway adjacent to the main parking area and no parking along both sides of the roadway to the soccer fields, from the main parking area to the soccer field parking area. All persons in violation of the provisions of this section, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and fined not less that five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. In addition, in the event a vehicle shall be illegally parked and not occupied, said vehicle shall be towed away at the owner's expense.

College Street, East, from said street's intersection with South Palestine Street to its intersection with South Wofford Street.

Corsicana Street, within 10 feet of the street, for a distance of 100 feet either direction of the intersection of Aaron Street and Corsicana Street.

Dean Street, either side, from Lakeside Drive to Comanche Street.

East Clinton Street southside, from Lucas Drive to Richardson Street. All persons in violation of the provisions of this section, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense.

Flat Creek Road, (F.M. 2495), either side of, or within 10 feet of pavement, from 31 east to 1,100 feet east of Athens Brick Road.

Flat Creek Road, (F.M. 2495), either side of, or within 10 feet of pavement, beginning at a point 1,100 feet east of Athens Brick Road, continuing a distance of 1,000 feet east along F.M. 2495. All persons in violation of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. In addition, in the event a vehicle shall be illegally parked and not occupied, said vehicle shall be towed away at the owner's expense.

F.M. Highway 59, from Bel Aire Drive to 200 feet south along the east side of F.M. Hwy. 59. The city staff is hereby authorized to post said F.M. Highway Bel Aire Drive to 200 feet south along the east side of F.M. 59 "No Parking Within Twenty (20) feet of Street". All persons who violate the provisions of this section, shall upon, conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. In addition, in the event a vehicle shall be illegally parked and not occupied, said vehicle shall be towed away at the owners' expense.

Maryland Drive, east side, from said street's intersection with South Palestine and St. Thomas Street.

Maryland Drive, west side, from said street's intersection with South Highway 19 to its intersection with St. Thomas Street.

McCaleb Street , west side, from Corsicana Street to Sawyer Street.

Murchinson Street, either side, from East Highway 31 south to College Street.

Murchinson Street, either side from Highway 31 to the railroad.

Old Town Alley, either side between Corsicana Street and Owen Street.

Owen Street , either side, from South Palestine St. to South Carroll St. All persons in violation of the provisions of this section, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense.

Palestine Street, South, east side, from the south curbline of Madole Street, thence in a southerly direction following and along South Palestine Street until it is intersected by the south curbline of Ben Belt Drive.

Palestine Street, South, west side, from the intersection of the south curbline of Mack Street, thence in a southerly direction following and along South Palestine Street until it is intersected by the south curbline of Ben Belt Drive.

F.M. 2492, within 15 feet of the street, 125 feet either side of Dean Street on the north side and 125 feet west of Dean Street on the south side of F.M. 2494.

Sawyer Street , north side, from Aaron Street to McCaleb Street.

State Highway 31 (East Tyler Street), north and south sides, for a distance of 250 feet east of Faulk Street and for a distance of 350 feet west of Faulk Street.

U.S. Highway 175 west, from Larkin Street to Scott Street. The city staff is hereby authorized to post said U.S. Highway 175 west from Larkin Street to Scott Street, No Parking Any Time". All persons who violate the provisions of this section, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. In addition, in the event a vehicle shall be illegally parked and not occupied, said vehicle shall be towed away at the owners' expense.

Wofford Street, west side, between East Tyler Street and East Corsicana Street.
