§ 19-38. Loading zones.

Latest version.

The city council may establish loading zones by resolution such as necessary for the conduct of business; [and the city secretary, or such officers or employees of the city as may be selected, are authorized] to omit parking meters from such loading zones and to properly designate and mark such zones.
