§ 21-5. Tapping charge payment for sewer tap before building permit issuance.

Any person making application for a building permit shall be required to pay the tapping charges for connection with the city sanitary sewer system at the time of the filing of the application, if the property line of the land on which such building is intended to be erected approaches or extends to within one hundred (100) feet of any sanitary sewer of the city existing at the time of the filing of the application.
