§ 21-6. Water service deposits.

Each residential consumer of water shall make a twenty-five-dollar water deposit with the city water department and each commercial and industrial consumer of water shall make a forty-dollar water deposit with the city water department. Each consumer, in addition to the deposit fee; shall make application in prescribed form with the city at its city hall, in person, or by an authorized agent who shall state the name of the actual user and his authority to make such application. No service shall be provided to any address where it is found or discovered that such service was obtained as a result of misinformation or deliberate misrepresentation. Any service obtained by such, may be discontinued immediately.
