§ 19-41. Parking truck tractors and/or truck and semitrailer combination in single-family residential zones prohibited; penalty for violation.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked any truck tractor and/or truck tractor and semitrailer combination on any street or driveway or any other area which has been zoned for single-family residences.

    (b)

    Any person who violates or who is in violation of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each day of parking shall constitute a separate violation.
